Christine (Chrys) Francis is a motivated, personable business professional with multiple designations including the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM) and the prestigious Residential Property Manager (RPM). She has an over 38-year successful track record of outstanding work and profitable small business ownership. She has a talent for quickly mastering technology, is diplomatic and tactful. She is accustomed to handling sensitive, confidential documents and has a demonstrated history of producing accurate, timely, comprehensive reports.

  • Supervision of staff and vendors.
  • Maintain a high standard for property inspection regarding quantity and quality, created efficient forms and policies to ensure all items are addressed.
  • Compliance with all insurance requirements.
  • Compliance with AZ Department of Revenue - Sales Tax

 

Financial


 

  • Prepare and review of all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations as required by, The Arizona Department of Real Estate, as well as industry and personal standard.
  • Review, approve and prepare all payables as well as account for all payables or income that is associated with both routine and turn maintenance.
  • Review and process all tenant rent payments.
  • Review and approve sales tax collection and compliance with the various cities located throughout Metro Phoenix.
  • Review and prepare documents as needed.
  • Review, approve and prepare all owner distributions.

Kimberly Fearon

Property Manager and Property Management Specialist

Kim Fearon, Property Management Specialist: Kim is an Associate Broker with over 35 years administrative experience in word processing, data entry, database creation and management, meeting and event planning, marketing, transcription and office organization and management, customer service, and residential/office property management and SEO. She has worked in a variety of environments, including executive support to CEO’s and non-profit boards as well as managing an executive suite. It’s those experiences that make Kim a perfect fit for Ashford as she is able to bring the big company mentality and professionalism to a small business environment. Formerly from New York, Kim has called Phoenix home since 1978. She has intimate knowledge of the market and market trends. We are proud to say that Kim has been with Ashford since 2004! She was hired as an administrative assistant and was quickly promoted to the leasing agent. Kim was then elevated to the property manager and now, she is Ashford’s expert resident and property management specialist as well as our leasing guru. Kim is a hardworking, dedicated professional, whose excellent communication and customer service skills, coupled with her desire to assist others have been a valuable asset to the success of our clients. Kim is active as a volunteer in the community with a variety of non-profits and community service organizations.

Inspection Coordinator & Leasing Agent 

Ryan has been with Ashford since 2012.  He is in charge of our interior and exterior inspection program.  In addition, he is a licensed Arizona salesperson, assistant property manager and leasing agent.   Ryan has a minor in construction from ASU, is a notary, and has several years working knowledge in the maintenance and pool industries.  We are fortunate to have Ryan assisting with the many aspects of company, client, tenant and vendor operations.

Samantha is the coordination liaison. She is the backbone of Ashford's coordination efforts. She is well-liked by all. Sam's work supports the entire team and she is an essential part of Ashford’s success.

Maintenance Coordination & Vendor liaison

We are pleased to have Alex heading up our maintenance division. His five years in operations management and his hands-on handyman experience make him a perfect fit for vendor coordination. Alex was born and raised in Arizona, is efficient, organized, and technologically adept. Alex holds an advanced CPR certificate and is active in the community, volunteering his time for Kids First Hockey, whose efforts through Furniture Bank provide furnishings to persons transitioning from the homeless population.

Social Media and Community Outreach

McKenna heads up the marketing, social media and networking aspect of our company. McKenna coordinates with tenants, owners, and vendors as needed. In addition, she works with community leaders to assist with the various philanthropic events Ashford is involved with.
